How do I use Party Hardy hangover strips?
Place one strip on your tongue before drinking and let it dissolve. Follow the directions on the pack. Party Hardy is for adults. It isn’t a substitute for drinking water, eating, or knowing your limits — just a little extra support for the next day.
Does Party Hardy cure hangovers or boost NAD?
No. Party Hardy is formulated to support how you feel after a fun night — with electrolytes, botanicals, and B vitamins. We don’t make medical claims, and we don’t claim NAD or cellular “anti-aging” effects. If you have a health condition or take medication, check with your doctor before use.

Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 2-5 business days. For orders with more than 10 items, please allow 3-10 business days for processing before shipment.

For US Domestic orders, we offer Regular Shipping with a duration of 1-4 business days at a fee of $4.99 via USPS, and Express Shipping with a duration of 1-3 business days at a fee of $9.99 via FedEx.

Yes — free shipping on all U.S. orders of $49 or more. Under $49, regular U.S. shipping is $4.99 (USPS).

Shipping to Canada is provided via FedEx with a duration of 2-5 business days and a fee of $9.99. Please note, delays may occur due to customs clearance processes.

Returns
What is the return policy at Awesome Human?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. See our Return/Refund Policy for full details.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Some items can’t be returned — including perishable goods, custom/personalized products, opened personal-care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. If you’re unsure about your item, email us and we’ll help.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at hello@awesomehuman.love with your order number and what you’d like to return. If your return is approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Please don’t ship anything back until you hear from us.
What happens if my return is approved?
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within about 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it. If it’s been more than 15 business days, email hello@awesomehuman.love.
How do exchanges work?
For exchanges, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you want.
